To investigate the mechanism of decision-making in Long-term engineering project investment,we examined the relationship between investment behavior rigidity and decision makers'personality.Firstly,we developed an investment decision experiment to measure their behavior rigidity.Secondly,we used the Scale based on the Big Five personality of the International Personality Item Pool to measure their personality.Thirdly,we investigate the relationship between investment behavior rigidity and the Big Five personality.The results are summarized as follow.First,decision makers with higher scores in openness have stronger investment behavior rigidity,and two factors of risk and rationality have a significant impact on investment behavior rigidity.Second,decision makers with higher scores in neuroticism have weaker investment behavior rigidity,and the four factors of anxiety,depression,Immoderation and Vulnerability have a significant impact on investment behavior rigidity.Third,decision makers with higher scores in extroversion have stronger investment behavior rigidity,and the two factors of gregariousness and assertiveness have a significant positive impact on investment behavior rigidity.

AC section of oscillation center placed, which is suffered by the large disturbance fault, is the weak link at which the interconnected AC system would be lost synchronization stability and slatted. The key branch is the first branch that lead weak section “tearing”. It is of great significance to identify key branch and to take targeted control measures to improve the transmission capability and immunity of interconnected power grid. Aiming at AC/DC hybrid transmission system, based on the disturbed trajectory difference analysis during the process that stabilization levels continue to deteriorate, the dynamic identification method for the key branch is put forward, and successive instability mechanism of the multi-branch system is revealed. The control measures and the active control sensitivity evaluation indexes of the key branch are proposed. The control strategy for improving stability is proposed based on the sensitivity indictor. The simulation results of actual power network show that the dynamic identification method and the stability control strategy are effective.

In order to develop Chinese self-own high voltage direct current (HVDC) cable insulation materials, three kinds of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) from Chinese petrochemical manufacturers were selected as the polymeric matrix. The conductivity and breakdown strength of the three kinds of polyethylene were tested at different temperatures to select the one with the best performance as the insulating base material. Then the modified nanoparticles were added to the LDPE and performed strong shear mixing in a twin-screw extruder to obtain a DC cable masterbatch with a mass fraction of 10%. Then the masterbatch was mixed with the base material in a ratio of 1:10, with adding a certain amount of additives to obtain Chinese DC cable material. The SEM observation of the cable material showed that the nanoparticles had good dispersibility. Test pieces made from the cable materials were then prepared for electrical performance tests, which showed that the performance of the Chinese material was better than that of the imported material. Model cables with an insulation thickness of 5.5mm were produced using Chinese and imported materials. However, the DC breakdown voltage test showed that the imported material was better than the Chinese materials. The results indicate that it is not enough to study the development of DC cable materials from the test piece level, but also needs to carry out more tests and studies at the cable level in combination with the actual production process.

With the increasing power demand of aviation equipment, the requirement of the protection of electrical load on the plane is more and more stringent. Once the over-current happened, it would be required that the system must quickly cut off the fault circuit. A solid state power controller based on FPGA had been designed, and the principle of the inverse time over-current protection has been introduced, the protection algorithm has been analyzed and studied in detail. Finally, the experimental test had been done on the prototype in the laboratory, the actual test result shows that the solid state power controller response speed is very fast, which can quickly trip to protect the circuit if there is an over-current. The measured curve is conformed with the theoretical assumption. Therefore, it has a significant practical value.

This paper studied the FMS dynamic scheduling problem which was based on Petri net FMS static scheduling optimization algorithm, which in accorder to solve the FMS actual production scheduling problems. A rolling window dynamic re-scheduling strategy was proposed which based on event driven and cycle driven. Then take the emergency machine failure often appearing in the actual workshop for example, this scheduling strategy was analyzed and applied to dynamic simulation and finally the effectiveness of the dynamic scheduling strategy was verified.
